Welcome to my Dancercise website and classes!

My name is Tricia and I have always been passionate about dancing: it is the reason I run my classes as I want to share this passion! For me it is the key to happiness as well as to maintaining flexibility and fitness. Most definitely "the happy way to get fit!"

 I have a wide variety of qualifications in teaching Exercise to Music, Body Balance and in Zumba and Zumba Gold. I like to regularly update my training and recently attended the Functional Fitness training days in London which I will incorporate into my classes.  

My Dancercise classes involve easy-to-follow routines set to a wide variety of great music such as the Charleston and Latin American rhythms as well as current pop favourites. Most importantly the classes are relaxed, friendly, sociable and about HAVING FUN. Classes are suitable for everyone – for those who have no natural ability or experience of dance, alongside those who do. Physical, mental and emotional benefits include improved fitness levels, flexibility, balance and coordination as well as reduced stress levels and an increased sense of well-being.

Age is of no consequence; the classes are for anyone of reasonable fitness.
